Great question! I provide you with a complete “Client Homework Package” that will help me to narrow in on what exactly suits your taste and your brand. When we have our first intake call, I’ll provide you with several templates and ask for your feedback live on the call. Don’t worry – I’ll work tirelessly to make sure you are fully and beautifully expressed in your images and your words on your site.
What are the Freebies / Opt-Ins / Lead Magnets?
So glad you asked!! I just LOVE creating lead magnets! And not your standard boring PDF’s or Checklists (although those do have a time and place). Think about online quizzes or assessments, product recommenders, chatbots, surveys and questionnaires, calculators, polls – if you can dream it, I can make it! (Have your own you want to use? No problem, we can re-brand it to suit your beautiful new website design).
Why WordPress instead of GoDaddy, Squarespace, Wix or Weebly?
What if I need more website pages, or a shop?
No problem! Additional pages can be added for $175 each with copy writing, or $95 without, and an online store can be added for $550 and up, depending on what kind of shop is necessary. Let ‘s talk about it.
Are there any additional costs?
This looks so amazing - what's NOT included?
It IS pretty inclusive!! One thing I don’t provide is a hosted email service, and it is best practice to have your email hosted with your domain servers. If you don’t currently have email set up however I’m happy to help you set up a professional email that comes from your domain (for example jane @ yourdomain . com) using Google Workspace (Google Mail, $7 / month).
How do the payment plans work?
The payment plans are pretty simple! Your first payment is made when we book your time slot on my calendar. Your next payment is due on the Monday of your start week, and the remaining payments are automatically charged every 30 days from that date for the remainder of the payments. All payments on the payment plans are automatically charged to your credit card that we keep on file, and receipts are sent to you by email.
What kind of support do you offer after my website is live?
All kinds! Your package includes unlimited email tech support for 30 days post-launch, plus you have 24/7 website hosting support when you use our website hosting package. Need more help, or just have a question? No problem, get in touch anytime and we’ll work it out.
